Mitchell Habib is a results-driven senior executive accomplished in aligning global organizations with a strategic vision to realize revenue and productivity growth. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer for Nielsen, where he heads a global operations organization of 40,000 people in more than 100 countries. Mitchell has held leadership positions at various prominent global firms during his 25-year career, including Ernst & Young, General Electric and Citigroup.

Giving back to the communities where he lives and works has been a top priority for Mitchell throughout his career. He serves on the Board of Directors for the National Underground Freedom Center in Cincinnati, an organization focused on educating the public about America’s struggle for freedom and the impact a fully participating society can have on the world. He also serves on the Advisory Board of Northeastern University’s Center for Emerging Markets, an institution dedicated to conducting research and disseminating best practices on leveraging high-growth emerging markets for global competitive advantage. Mitchell holds a Masters of Public Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Florida, where he is recognized as an Alumnus of Distinction in the College of Journalism and Communications.
